SHIPPING ARTWORK

I use specialist art movers for all my work and Royal Mail or UPS for unglazed work on paper.

All shipping is charged at cost and includes protective packaging, except Artist Support Pledge work which is free Worldwide.

IN THE U.K.

I use specialist art movers Martin Bros. Ltd. or Aardvark Art Movers for larger work. They collect from me and deliver to you on a specific day. They contact you a few days before drop off to arrange an appropriate day and time.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes I do.

International deliveries are not a problem at all.

REST OF THE WORLD

For small works I use FEDEX Express International and for large works I use Ebiss.

The work is packed securely with a board to protect smaller canvas or glass and a bespoke wooden crate for large work. The work is shipped directly.

Shipping is charged at cost and includes the cost of a crate if required.

IS THE WORK INSURED WHILE IN TRANSIT?

Yes it is.

If for some reason you decide not to keep the work, the artwork MUST be returned by signed and recorded delivery or it will not be insured and you will not receive a refund.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay for the artwork either by BACS, STRIPE or by PayPal.

Just let me know which painting you are interested in and I can send you all the relevant details and an invoice.

You can also pay directly through my website, just click the Purchase button and shipping costs can be paid for afterwards. All shipping is charged at cost.

Once payment is received a receipt will be emailed to you and the artwork made ready for shipping. When it arrives with you I will send a Proof Of Provenance document.

DO YOU FRAME THE WORK?

Unless specified, all work is framed with a simple white painted wood moulding.

The frame helps to protect the work during shipping, it suits most spaces when hung and they are simple enough so as not to distract from the artwork.

The frames are supplied free of charge.

The frames can easily be removed and painted a different colour or changed to taste.

ARTWORK RETURNS POLICY

All framed and unframed artwork bought online can be tried in your home and returned if you find it isn’t right for you.

Customer pays return costs.

If for some reason you decide not to keep the work, the artwork MUST be returned by signed and recorded delivery or it will not be insured in transitand you will not receive a refund.

Please take care to measure your space to make sure the artwork will fit.
