Returns policy for garments

Made-to-order garments will take 6-8 weeks, possibly a shorter time.

If you try a garment on for size at an event, we will help you to get it right as there will be no exchange if you order the wrong size.

If not at an event and ordering online, and you order the wrong size you can return your garment to exchange it for a different size, but unfortunately you will have to wait again. Customer pays return costs and it is recommended that you use recorded delivery as I will not be responsible for lost items.

A full refund + recorded return delivery will be issued if the garment is faulty, but hopefully not, they are stringently checked.

One-off pieces will also be available, I will update the returns policy for these when they are available.

Returns policy for ARTWORK

All framed and unframed artwork bought online can be tried in your home and returned if you find it isn’t right for you.

Please take care to measure your space to make sure the artwork will fit.

If for some reason you decide not to keep the work, the artwork MUST be returned by signed and recorded delivery or it will not be insured in transit and you will not receive a refund.
